About Ruben Tejada – CEO, Tejada Consulting Group LLC
Ruben Tejada is a strategic consultant, DEI leader, and HR expert dedicated to empowering organizations through inclusive leadership, workforce development, and business excellence. With a Master’s in Leadership and a Master’s in Community Development from Roger Williams University, Ruben combines academic expertise with real-world experience to guide businesses, nonprofits, and public sector institutions in fostering equitable workplace cultures and sustainable growth.
As CEO of Tejada Consulting Group LLC, Ruben brings extensive knowledge in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), Human Resources, and Organizational Strategy. He holds a DEI Certification from the University of South Florida, a PHR Certification from HRCI, and a Business Excellence Certification from Bryant University, equipping him with the tools to drive impactful change.
Beyond consulting, Ruben serves as Manager of DEI in the HR Department at Neighborhood Health Plan of RI, where he leads initiatives to create inclusive hiring practices, equitable workplace policies, and leadership development programs. His experience as an EMT paramedic with cardiac and basic certifications reflects his dedication to community service and emergency response.
Through Tejada Consulting Group, Ruben provides live and self-paced training programs, strategic coaching, and organizational development solutions to help leaders, HR teams, and business owners navigate challenges, enhance performance, and cultivate a culture of excellence.

Sarah Tejada is a business leader, early childhood education expert, and financial strategist, dedicated to empowering daycare owners, educators, and organizations through expert guidance in childcare operations and leadership development. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Rhode Island, Sarah has spent over a decade shaping the future of early childhood education, ensuring high-quality care and effective business management in the industry.
As Owner and CFO of Tejada Consulting Group LLC, Sarah leverages her extensive experience as a former daycare director and current owner of New Beginnings Home Daycare, a 4-star Bright Stars Quality Care-rated facility that has been serving families for three years. Her expertise in daycare management, business operations, compliance, and financial planning makes her an invaluable consultant for aspiring and established childcare business owners.
Through Tejada Consulting Group, Sarah provides live and self-paced training programs, strategic consulting, and business development support to help childcare professionals build sustainable, high-quality daycare programs that foster learning and growth.
